With tradition that start’s in the kitchen, Viva La fiesta begins each morning prepping home-made salsa’s and our famous Queso, which is a must try. With staples like our Fajitas, cooked with bell peppers, tomatoes and onions served with rice, beans, lettuce, sour cream and tortillas. Our new restaurant menu features “Axolotl Burrito” marinated pork, pineapple, fire sauce, pinto beans, pico de gallo and grilled onion topped with queso sauce. Options also include vegetarian dishes that all can enjoy like “Fuentes Vegetarian” One Chile relleno, mushroom quesadilla, rice and guacamole salad. Still to include and enjoy our daily lunch specials and offering full menu for takeout.

Established in 2001, La Fiesta has been a staple serving up traditional Mexican dishes and home-made recipes to the local Troy, Ohio community for over 20 years. With strong roots, and as first-generation Mexican Americans, we have been immersed in authentic Mexican dishes that brings you back home. With innovative flavors to treasured family traditions from our generation to the next. This is where we bring all of that inspiration to life. Where we gather and become family.
In 2022, the current Fuentes family of the previous owner, purchased the restaurant and renamed it “Viva La Fiesta” you may have seen “Tako” the new Axolotl mascot. Their lifelong experience and love of the food and concept is what inspired them to purchase and in process to build a new large state of the art, yet authentic Mexican food, something Troy, Ohio has never had before. Since new management, Viva La Fiesta has evolved its menu with a mix of old and new recipes. With 100 seats, a spacious dining room, a private dining room that can be rented out for parties or special events, an outdoor patio and roof-top deck, a full bar, Viva La Fiesta is a destination for visitors and locals alike.
